Atul was born in Florence, SC, but moved to Augusta at a young age and has always claimed it as home. He has successfully owned and managed multiple properties in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and brings his marketing, managing, and vast expertise of the industry. Possessing an exceptional personality and desire for excellent customer service, he is excited to be working for an outstanding focusing on residential development and sales. He lives in Martinez, GA with his wife, son, and daughter. He enjoys kayaking, golf, and anything that involves being outside or in the water. He is licensed in Georgia and South Carolina.
