Jason Smith, | Southeastern Residential

Jason grew up in an active military home where the US Air Force took him around the globe. His family settled in Columbia County in 1993, and he’s been here ever since. He is a graduate of Evans High School and Augusta University where he earned his Bachelor’s in Finance. Upon graduation he spent 15 years in retail management, but ALWAYS had a heart for real estate.

Jason acquired his license in 2015 and has 9 years of experience with a concentration in new construction. He has a passion for each stage in the home buying and selling process. He prides himself on making each experience as smooth as possible for his clients and ultimately loves the relationships that are built along that journey.

Jason and his wife of 23 years have 4 children and a black lab named Molly. When not working, you can find him traveling to a track or cross country meet, or a dance competition.

He is licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina.
